Tulsa Police Search For Men Stealing Rent Checks From Apartments

It’s the first of the month, and police say two men are taking advantage by stealing rent checks from apartment complexes around Tulsa.

In total, officers said the men went to six apartment complexes.

The first stop happened at the Silver Creek Apartments around 12:30 a.m. on Wednesday.

About 10 minutes later, they went to Sugar Plum Cove, then hit Meadow Brook, Braden, Regency Points and the Vista apartments off South Memorial, police said.

Police believe two men traveling in a silver car are responsible.
