TULSA, Oklahoma- Oral Roberts’ Obi Emegano earned his third career Summit League Player of the Week award after his play during the week of Nov. 16-22.

Emegano averaged 25.5 ppg and 4.3 rpg while hitting 32-37 from the stripe. His play helped his team go 3-0, leading to a championship victory against Florida International at the Men Against Breast Cancer Classic in Harrisonburg, VA.

The senior also garnered a Player of the Week award from College Sports Madness.

Emegano has led his team in scoring every game this year, including a season-high 31 points against South Carolina.

ORU (4-1) is only five games into the season, but Emegano looks to be keeping a very sharp focus on winning the Player of the Year award.

The Golden Eagles will host Tabor on Wednesday at 7:00 p.m. The Thanksgiving-eve game will conclude the MABCC tournament as well as non-DI opponents for ORU this season.
