Storey Wrecker Sues City Of Tulsa Over Towing Contract

Storey Wrecker is suing the city of Tulsa after a committee recommended the city give a towing and storage contract to another company.

Storey and Allied were the only two that submitted bids.

The lawsuit claims Allied does not meet several of the city's requirements. Storey's president said, "We regret that we had to file a lawsuit over this matter, but we feel strongly that we are the only qualified bidder for this contract."

City attorneys agreed not to issue a contract until the case is decided.
