A teenager wanted in the killing of a 16-year-old Tulsa girl in July was arrested Tuesday.
Deputies booked Donavan Wimberly, 18, into the Tulsa County jail on charges of first-degree murder and assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
Police placed Wimberly on their "Most Wanted" list in August after connecting him to the fatal shooting of Deouijanae Terry on July 17 near 46th Street North and Martin Luther King Boulevard.
Police say Terry was a passenger in a car with her boyfriend, when a shooter aiming for him, shot and killed her instead.
Jail records show Donavan Wimberly is being held without bond with a court appearance set for September 30.
