The measurements are:3 6' flour tortillas2 oz pork in each tortilla 1 oz jack cheese in each tortilla4 oz of salsa roja (spiced warm tomato based sauce)3 oz quesoGreen onion garnished.  Mix jack cheese and smoked pork wrapped in flour tortillas and fry until golden. Set on a bed of Salsa Roja and top with creamy white queso and green onions.
