The measurements are:
3 6' flour tortillas
2 oz pork in each tortilla
1 oz jack cheese in each tortilla
4 oz of salsa roja (spiced warm tomato based sauce)
3 oz queso
Green onion garnished.
Mix jack cheese and smoked pork wrapped in flour tortillas and fry until golden. Set on a bed of Salsa Roja and top with creamy white queso and green onions.
