Two Tulsa Men Charged With First-Degree Murder

Two Tulsa men were charged with first-degree murder in the death of a 32-year-old woman. Juanita Engarcia Ibarra was found shot to death in a car Friday, August 28, 2015. The car was stopped in a lane of traffic near 4th and Memorial.

Ibarra was behind the wheel of the car. She had been shot in the head, police say.

Mario Gallegos, 23, and 24-year-old Juan Pablo Ruiz-Olvera were each charged with one count of murder. Surveillance video from a business led police to arrest the two men in Ibarra's death.
