Gluten Free Spaghetti Primavera

2 oz veg stock
2 oz white wine
2 oz roma tomatoes
2 oz basil
2 oz green beans
1 oz sliced bell peppers
2 oz artichoke hearts
2 oz zucchini
1 oz fresh garlic

heat olive oil over a medium flame. Saute fresh garlic & vegetables together. Add salt n pepper to taste. deglaze with white wine add 2 oz veg stock. Garnish with a little parmesan and parsley.
