Wednesday, a judge ordered a woman accused of attacking another woman's body that was in a casket to have a mental competency evaluation.

Wednesday, a judge ordered a woman accused of attacking another woman's body that was in a casket to have a mental competency evaluation.

Police said when a woman named Tabatha died, Shaynna Sims went to the funeral home and cut Tabatha's hair, face and other body parts and took her shoes.

Tabatha's family said Sims then went to the woman's apartment and told the dead woman's children she needed pictures and jewelry.

The family said Tabatha knew Sims' husband back in high school.
