Three Involved In Oklahoma Police Chase Face Charges In Kansas

The three people suspected in a chase that started with a police shooting north of Talala and stretched into Kansas went to court Monday.

A Kansas judge set bonds for Cesar Rios, Roxanne Mendoza and Alejandro Garcia for the charges they face across the state line.

They haven't been charged yet in Oklahoma.

During Monday's hearing, prosecutors said they believe Rios is the one who shot Oologah officer Charles Neill.

Garcia has the highest bond because prosecutors say he's the one who was on the run the longest and got into the shootout with the Kansas officer.
