A Claremore man was taken to jail after firing a handgun during an altercation with his ex-wife over the weekend, according to Tulsa Police.

Officers said Saturday evening, Marcus Juby, 43, broke into his ex-wife's home in the 1600 block of East 56th Street North and demanded she return $100 he had loaned her.

Police said during the confrontation Juby took out his gun and hit his ex-wife and her boyfriend in the head. He then fired two shots into the ceiling.

Officers arrested Juby and booked him into the Tulsa County jail on complaints of assault and battery with a deadly weapon and burglary. Jail records show he is being held on a $75,000 bond with a June 1 court appearance scheduled.
