The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Coweta woman died in a head-on crash on Highway 169 just south of Nowata early Saturday.
Troopers said the crash happened at 1:36 a.m.
The OHP report states a 2001 Ford pickup driven by Bruce Bannon, 47, of Owasso was headed south when he drove off the highway and then back on, hitting a northbound 2004 Audi head-on.
The OHP report say alcohol may have been a factor in the crash.
Troopers said the Audi's driver, John Watchorn, 27, of Coweta and a two-year-old passenger were taken to hospitals in Nowata and Tulsa. Both were treated and released.
A second passenger in the Audi, Jamie Bowlin, 27, was pronounced dead at the scene.
Bannon was also taken to a Tulsa hospital and admitted with multiple injuries to his head, legs and chest.
The crash remains under investigation.
