Police said a man shot in the ankle was not cooperating with officers after he sought help at a south Tulsa apartment complex early Wednesday.

Officers arrived at The Place at 81 Yale in the 7900 block of South Yale just before 2 a.m. to find the man with a bullet wound to his ankle. The unidentified man refused to give them any information about the shooting.
