Armed Robber Hits Broken Arrow Walmart Money Center

Broken Arrow Police are investigating an armed robbery at a Walmart Monday morning. Police say a man armed with a handgun robbed a money center inside the store at 71st and 145th East Avenue.

Corporal Leon Calhoun said the man apparently parked a small silver sedan in a neighborhood near the store and escaped through an alleyway after the robbery.

He drove away in the four-door car, thought to be a Hyundai or Kia.

The robber is described as a black male, about 5'6" and 145 pounds. He was wearing a black shirt and jeans and carrying a small black semi-automatic handgun.
