Man Wanted For Murder In New Year's Eve Crash Found In Broken Arrow

Tulsa police say they've arrested one of their most wanted. They said Vince Dake was located in Broken Arrow on Thursday.

Police say Dake killed a man in a DUI crash on New Year's Eve. They said Dake was driving drunk and speeding when he slammed into Dennis Gann.

According to police documents, investigators found empty beer cans all over Dake's car and the accident scene.

They say Dake was released from the hospital before they could finish their investigation.

Prosecutors charged him with second degree murder.
