Rogers County authorities arrested an Idabel woman wanted out of Louisiana in connection with two missing children in Claremore Wednesday.
A Rogers County deputy arrested Ocean Manning, 24, at a residence on Highway 88. Jail records show Manning is accused of child abuse, cruelty to juveniles and criminal mischief.
Her two children, five-year-old Honor and four-year-old Hayden, were found unharmed and placed into custody with Oklahoma Child Protective Services.
The Youngsville Police Department in Louisiana said Manning was released from jail on the condition she turn herself in to Louisiana authorities.
Police said a search was begun earlier this month when Manning did not show up to drop her children off with their father.
