Road Projects Narrow Highway 412, Interstate 244 in Tulsa

Crews are re-striping a 7-mile stretch of Highway 412 west of downtown. The project is taking place between the northwest corner of the Inner Dispersal Loop (Interstate 244 junction) to 81st West Avenue.

The Oklahoma Department of Transportation started at 8 a.m. and won't finish until 7 p.m. Saturday

The striping project means short-term lane closures, and some off-and-on ramps could be shut down briefly.

On Interstate 244, work continues from the U.S. Highway 75 to near Memorial Drive in Tulsa. There will be some tight squeezes from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday for lane and sign maintenance.

It's already narrowed to two lanes, but at times it will be down to one.
