OHP: Tulsa Man Struck, Killed Walking On Mayes County Highway

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a Tulsa man was struck and killed walking in the highway just west of Langley late Wednesday.

The OHP said Michael Bizer, 39, was pronounced dead at the scene.

Troopers said Hilary White, 32, of Ketchum was driving a 2007 Toyota RAV4 east on Highway 28 when she struck Bizer. White was not injured in the 9:17 p.m. crash.

The OHP report did not give a reason for why Bizer was walking in the highway.
