Former Tulsa Deputy Accused Of Sexual Battery Bound Over For Trial

During a hearing Friday, prosecutors dismissed two charges against a former Tulsa County Sheriff's deputy accused of sexually assaulting several women while on duty last year.

Gerald Nuckolls, 26, still faces two sexual battery and two indecent exposure charges. At the hearing, the judge ordered Nuckolls to stand trial.

The former deputy has pleaded not guilty to the charges.

His next court appearance is set for February 23, 2015.
