The Oklahoma Highway Patrol blames alcohol for a crash in southern Washington County that killed a Collinsville man early Friday.
Troopers said the crash happened on North 4020 road about two miles north of Collinsville at 2:43 a.m.
The OHP says Kyle Bunch, 22, was headed north when his 2008 Dodge Avenger went off the road, hit a fence post and a utility pole then rolled two and a half times. Troopers said the crash threw Bunch 106 feet from the vehicle. He was pronounced dead at the scene.
Troopers listed the cause of the wreck as DUI/DWI. They said Bunch was not wearing his seat belt.
