Tulsa Police arrested a 19-year-old man early Monday in the sexual assault and lewd molestation of a 13-year-old girl.
Abraham Bucio-Bucio of Tulsa is in jail on a $100,000 bond.
Police say they were called to a Tulsa hospital to investigate the rape of a minor and learned the young girl met Bucio-Bucio on Facebook. When they met in person, he asked her for sex, an arrest report says. The girl told police she refused, but he tore her pants off and assaulted her.
The arresting officer said when questioned, Bucio-Bucio first said the girl claimed to be 18 but said he had deleted her texts from his cell phone. Police say he later admitted knowing she was 13.
A sexual assault nurse found numerous injuries on the girl, according to the arrest report.
