Tulsa honored Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Monday with a number of events including a parade.  Parade goers were treated to beautiful weather in addition to marching bands, civic groups and floats.

The theme of this year's parade was "Celebrate Change 2015," and organizers say it is one of the largest MLK parades in the U.S.

The parade started at John Hope Franklin Boulevard and Martin Luther King Boulevard and moved east. It then turned south into the Greenwood business district before ending at Archer and Elgin next to ONEOK Field.

OSU-Tulsa held a "Beloved Community Information Rally" during the parade at the Main Hall on its campus.
