A Tulsa man is in jail accused of breaking into a woman's home early Thursday morning and touching her inappropriately.
Police say Rigoberto Perez-Vazquez was intoxicated when he kicked in a door at the woman's east Tulsa apartment. He's in jail on complaints of sexual battery and burglary.
According to the arrest report, the woman was in bed and woke up to Perez-Vazquez touching her buttocks. The woman's son heard her screaming and helped chase Vazquez out the door.
Police say the victim positively identified the suspect after he was taken into custody.
