Accident investigators believe a Pawnee man was sleepy when he wrecked on State Highway 15 early Christmas morning. The single-vehicle wreck took place at 6:37 a.m. in Pawnee County.
The Oklahoma Highway Patrol said Russell Lee Hazlip was eastbound near County Road 34100 when his vehicle ran off the road, went through a fence and rolled three times. Hazlip, who wasn't wearing a seat belt, was thrown from the vehicle, a collision report states.
