Tulsa Police Arrest Man Connected To November Homicide

Tulsa police arrested a homicide suspect Friday night. Police were questioning Stephen Scyffore in connection to a deadly November shooting.

A homeless woman was found shot in the head on November 22nd near 10th and Saint Louis and police believe Scyffore is the man responsible.

Investigators said she may have been working as a prostitute.

Police arrested Scyffore just last month, after he was found sitting in a car at Woodland Hills Mall with a handgun in his lap.
