Space Heater Likely Cause Of Tulsa House Fire

The Tulsa Fire Department says a space heater likely started a fire at a home in the 1000 block of East Pine Place early Wednesday. 

Firefighters said a woman who lived in the home escaped uninjured at about 4 a.m.

Firefighters put the fire out within ten minutes of arriving and the damage was contained to the back side of the home.

The fire department called the Red Cross to assist the woman.
