Judge Dismisses Case Of Owasso Man Accused Of Shooting Man 6 Times

A judge dismissed the case against an Owasso man accused of shooting with intent to kill.

Investigators said Thomas Cooper shot Houston Brown six times in the back at his Owasso home in February.

Thursday, a judge granted a defense motion to throw out evidence from a preliminary hearing and dismissed the case against Cooper.

The District Attorney's office said it will appeal Thursday's decision.
