One person has been transported to a local hospital after being shot in the buttocks on Saturday night.

Tulsa police said the shooting took place at an auto shop in the 2000 block East Apache Street around 7 p.m. The man was working on a truck and another vehicle drove by and littered the area with gunfire, police said.

His injuries are non-life threatening, according to TPD.

Officers said they are searching for the shooter, but they do not have a vehicle description and have limited information to go on at this time. They are expected to interview the man at the hospital.
