15 Braum's eggs, beaten
2 Tablespoons taco seasoning
Salt and pepper to taste
½ lb. smoked sausage, slicked and cut into quarters
1 green pepper, chopped
1 red pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
1 package Braum's frozen French fries, cooked according to package
12 flour tortillas
Fresh salsa
Braum's Mexican blend shredded cheese
Whisk together the eggs, taco seasoning, salt and pepper. Set aside. In large saucepan, cook smoked sausage until browned. Add in veggies and cook until they are tender. Pour in the eggs and scramble them until the eggs are set and no longer runny. Remove from heat. Chop the cooked French fries into small pieces.
To assemble, spoon chopped French fries and egg mixture onto a flour tortilla. Top with salsa and shredded cheese. Fold sides and roll up.
TAILGATING TIP: Wrap burritos in waxed paper and then foil to keep them warm and transport them easily.
