Three Women Arrested, Accused Of Trying To Steal $1.2M Grand Lake Home

After more than a year of investigating, three Green Country women are accused of trying to steal a $1.2 million home on Grand Lake.

The Delaware County Sheriff's Office says 61-year-old Betty Pitts-Cartwright, her daughter Julie Pitts and former employee, Heather Hogshooter worked together to get the deed to the house.

The Sheriff's Office say Pitts-Cartwright and the actual owner of the home were involved in a relationship that ended.

Pitts-Cartwright has a law firm in Jay.
