Problems continue to plague U.S. airlines following last Friday's fire at the FAA's air traffic control center near Chicago.
Federal officials say flight disruptions may be the norm to and from Chicago's two airports, O'Hare and Midway, until damaged equipment is replaced.
A 6:05 a.m. United Airlines flight #5259 to Chicago's O'Hare Airport from Tulsa International Airport was canceled early Tuesday.
FAA officials are calling for a review of backup plans and security procedures to prevent future sabotage. Officials say Brian Howard is accused of cutting wires and intentionally starting the fire before attempting to take his own life.
Tulsa International Airport says passengers are urged to check with their airline and the airport's web site before arriving at the airport.
