TU's Lucas Named To Biletnikoff Watch List

University of Tulsa sophomore receiver Keevan Lucas has been added to the Watch List for the Biletnikoff Award, it was announced today by the Tallahassee Quarterback Club Foundation, the creator and sponsor of the award. The Biletnikoff Award is presented to college football's most outstanding receiver.

In three games, Lucas ranks sixth nationally with 372 receiving yards and four touchdowns on 28 receptions. His 124.0 yards per game is the 11th best in the country.

After putting up a 13-reception, 233-yard and three-TD game in a season-opening victory over Tulane, Lucas was named the American Athletic Conference's Offensive Player of the Week, as well as the College Football Performance Awards National Receiver of the Week.

Tulsa has an off-week this Saturday and returns to the field on Saturday, September 27 to host the Texas State Bobcats. Game time is set for 7:00 p.m. at H.A. Chapman Stadium.
