OHP: Driver Killed In Pickup Crash West Of Turley

The Oklahoma Highway Patrol says a boy died after his pickup crashed on a northern Tulsa County road Saturday afternoon. 

Troopers said the crash of a Chevy pickup truck occurred in the 7000 block of North Cincinnati just west of Turley about 12:30 p.m. 

The OHP says Cody Deboer, 16, of Sperry, was northbound on a curvy section of Cincinnati when his pickup went off the road to the right and struck a tree.  He was pronounced dead at the scene after being pinned for about an hour and 30 minutes.

Troopers said the crash was unsafe speed on the wet roadway.
