Ingredients:
3 whole roasted and shredded chicken breast
¼ cup Diced tomatoes
1/8 Diced celery
1/8 cup chopped Green onion
2 TBSP of chopped fine parsley
2 TBSP of lemon juice
1 TBSP of Worstershire sauce
¼ cup of bacon bits
1 cup of Mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste
Sliced avocado (set aside for garnish)
Directions:
Blend all ingredients together in a bowl, let chill for 1 hour and serve.
Taste wonderful as a sandwich, on crackers, or served with warm pita chips and a side of fresh fruit.
