Police make two arrests for a deadly north Tulsa shooting.
Henry Harris turned himself into Gang officers Wednesday night. Police say Harris was one of five people involved in a car burglary Tuesday morning.
Sergeant Dave Walker with Tulsa Police said before the deadly shooting there was a car break in. He said a couple heard a commotion outside and went out to find people trying to steal from their cars.

When the couple yelled the burglars pulled out a rifle and sprayed the home with bullets, Walker said.
While the couple was able to dodge the bullets, 44-year-old Armando Hernandez was inside the home when one of the bullets traveled through two walls and hit him in the chest, killing him.
In addition to Harris, detectives found a 16-year-old boy with a gun that matched the murder weapon. That boy is being held for felony murder.
Harris is now on his way from police headquarters to the Tulsa County Jail.
