Sand Springs Police Arrest Man Connected To Armed Robbery

The Sand Springs Police Department made an arrest Friday in connection with an armed robbery on Monday.

Police said tips from the public led them to the 1400 block of East 50th Place in Tulsa where they spoke to Brett Buzzard.

Officials said Buzzard later ran from officers while they waited for a search warrant of his home.

With help from the Tulsa Police Department, Buzzard was located and placed under arrested after a search of the area.

Reports say officers recovered evidence connecting Buzzard with the robbery and he was arrested on one count of armed robbery.
