Two people still on the loose after an overnight chase - while the driver is in the Tulsa County Jail.
It all happened at 17th and Memorial around 1 a.m. Monday when authorities say a driver tried to speed away from state troopers and went right into a neighborhood.
Troopers say the chase didn't last very long, and the driver did not have time to hit dangerous speeds.
As the car was driving away in the neighborhood, the driver tried to turn - and that's when OHP says four people got out and ran. Troopers were able to track down and arrest the driver and a passenger.
Adim O'Dwyer was arrested on several complaints including driving under the influence, attempting to elude a state trooper, speeding, obstructing an officer and driving under suspension.
O'Dwyer was combative and kept telling troopers, "I'm not listening; I'm not listening," according to an arrest report. She also managed to slip out of her cuffs and run a short distance just outside the jail, troopers say.
We're told the passenger who was taken into custody was a juvenile.
Two other passengers got away, and they are still on the run. Authorities say they aren't actively searching for the pair because they have some solid leads about their identity.
