Lemoncello Lobster And Shrimp Scampi

4 oz Lobster Tail

4 oz Shrimp

1/2 t Garlic


1 oz leeks

1/2 oz oil

1 lemon

1 oz Lemoncello liquor

1 oz white wine

1oz lobster stock

1oz butter

1oz pasta

Heat oil, add lobster and pre-seasoned shrimp. Flip and sear. Add garlic to "flower" in hot oil.

Add other ingredients. Except the pan to flame with you add the liquor which will cook off the alcohol and make it safe to serve to the kids.
