Muskogee Police Make Arrest In Death Of Woman Found On Porch

Muskogee Police and the FBI have arrested a man in connection to the shooting death of Rachelle Hayes on July 2, 2014.

Jordan Williams was arrested Monday night in the 2000 block of West Broadway, according to Corporal Michael Mahan, Muskogee Police Department.

Williams was booked on a first degree murder complaint as well as some outstanding warrants.

Police said a man came home and found Rachelle Louise Hayes shot to death on his front porch. The man said he didn't know her, and people who live in the area say they did not recognize her either.
