Man Shot By Officer Out Of Hospital, In Okmulgee County Jail

A man shot by Green Country officers is now out of the hospital and in the Okmulgee County Jail. Teddy Bearden was arrested on assault and battery of an officer and first degree robbery Saturday.

According to agents Bearden was involved in a domestic dispute with his mother Thursday.

Officers from three departments opened fire on Bearden when he rammed one of their vehicles and then steered his truck toward them.

Bearden has spent time in prison for assault with a deadly weapon and drug possession.
