OSBI Investigating Suspicious Death In Adair County

The Oklahoma State Bureau is investigating after a woman was found dead inside her apartment in Adair County.

Officials said the Westville Police Department responded to a call around 7 a.m. Monday reporting the a body found at the Savannah Park Apartments.

Once on the scene, they said they found 30-year-old April Meridith inside.

Westville Police requested OSBI agents to assist with the investigation. They said they will investigate the death as a homicide until the Medical Examiner can determine the cause of death.
