Drillers' Tuesday Contest Rained Out

The Tulsa Drillers series opener with the Frisco RoughRiders, scheduled for Tuesday night at ONEOK Field, has been rained out.

The game will now be played as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday with game one starting at 4:05 p.m. and game two beginning approximately 30 minutes after the conclusion of the opener. Each game of Wednesday's doubleheader will be scheduled for seven innings.

It is the second rainout at ONEOK Field this season.

Fans who had tickets to Tuesday night's rained out game may exchange them for like tickets to any other 2014 regular season game at ONEOK Field, based on availability.

In Wednesday's doubleheader, the Drillers will send Jon Gray (5-2, 2.79 ERA) to the mound for the first game, but they have yet to determine a game two starter.

Jerad Eickhoff (3-3, 4.44 ERA) will start one of Wednesday's games for the RoughRiders, but they also have yet to announce their second starter.
