Police said the driver of a car who caused a 5-vehicle crash in south Tulsa admitted to drinking alcohol.
It happened at 71st Street and Sheridan at about 10 p.m.
Tulsa Police said a Nissan Maxima headed south on Sheridan ran a red light and hit the front of an eastbound car.
The impact caused the Maxima to roll and crash into three other cars.
Officers said EMSA took the Maxima driver to the hospital with a head injury. Police said the driver admitted to having several vodka drinks prior to the crash.
Tulsa Police said they are waiting on the driver's blood test before they cite him for driving under the influence.
Officers said the occupants of the other cars were not injured.
