Tulsa Project Theatre on Saturday staged flash mob dance protests at various locations around the city, shutting down intersections on Cherry Street and Peoria Avenue.

Artists and friends were protesting city budget cuts for the arts.

They made their feelings known by dancing in the streets near the Performing Arts Center, Utica Square, Cherry Street, Brookside and downtown at Guthrie Green.
