The Tulsa County District Attorney says no criminal charges will be filed against Patrick Swilling Jr., a University of Tulsa basketball player.

Swilling, a senior guard, was suspended from the team in February after an allegation of sexual assault.

"After review of the facts, evidence and potential witness testimony, our analysis leads us to the conclusion that our ability to secure a jury trial conviction and punishment is not supported by evidence beyond a reasonable doubt," District Attorney Tim Harris said Tuesday.
