Tulsa police burglary detectives have arrested a man suspected in at least three thefts of lawn equipment and chainsaws.
They say they recovered stolen property in the bathroom of the suspect's home.
Jeremy Cupps reportedly admitted stealing items from a Cascia Hall maintenance shed and a tree trimming company's job site.
Detectives are returning the items.
They say there are things everyone can do to make that process easier.
"If there's a serial number, have it or engrave a unique identifier on it, some people put the last four of their social security number, some people put their telephone number," TPD Sgt. Shellie Wood said. "Whatever it is so we can get it back to the owners, you need to do."
Cupps is charged with burglary and larceny.
