A woman who rear-ended a motorcycle and killed the driver in 2012 was found guilty of 1st degree manslaughter on Thursday.

Jared Stanley was on his way home to check on one of his children. When he slowed down to turn onto a private drive, he was rear-ended by an SUV and killed.
Stanley was pronounced dead at the scene, while the driver of the SUV, Lisa Black, was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries.
On Thursday, a jury found Black guilty of 1st degree manslaughter and recommended a sentence of ten years. Black is in custody and sentencing is scheduled for April 30, at 1:30 p.m. at the Creek County Justice Center.
