Snow covered most of Tulsa, as well as parts of northeast Oklahoma early Tuesday.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says crews spread salt and sand on highways in the Tulsa area overnight.
ODOT says in Tulsa and Osage counties, road conditions have improved but drivers are encouraged to stay alert for slick spots.

The National Weather Service issued a Winter Weather Advisory for eight counties surrounding Tulsa early Tuesday. The advisory has ended for all except Hughes County.
News On 6 meteorologist Alan Crone reports three inches of snow in Pawnee, 1.1 inches in Mannford, 1.5 inches in Bristow and a half to one inch of snow in the Tulsa area.
