Light drizzle and moderate to heavy fog are causing decreased visibility across northern and northeastern Oklahoma early Thursday.
The Oklahoma Department of Transportation says crews are monitoring the situation and applying salt and sand in slick spots as needed especially on bridges.
ODOT says drivers need to be aware of ‘black ice,' which looks wet on the road or bridge, but is actually a thin layer of ice.
