The Tulsa Fire Department responded to a second fire at an apartment complex in the 1100 block of South 101st East Avenue Monday afternoon.
This second fire at the Whispering Oaks Apartments was contained to one unit. Authorities believe it may have been caused by faulty wiring, but that is still under investigation.
At least one man was treated for smoke inhalation.
Firefighters received a call from the Tulsa Police Department to the Whispering Oaks Apartments around 6:30 Monday morning when flames were seen coming from the building.
Firefighters knocked on doors removing people from their homes.
Once the fire was put out and people were taken to the hospital for treatment, firefighters were called to the complex for a second fire around 4:00 p.m. on Monday.
