Tulsa Man Arrested On DUI After Rolling Truck Near Arkansas River

Tulsa police arrest a man for drinking and driving after he rolled his truck down an embankment along Riverside Drive.      

Officers say Brandon Waddell had to crawl out of the wreckage through the passenger window.

Waddell is being held in the Tulsa County Jail tonight.
